FAQ
What is included in the subscription?
Every plan includes the headless GOKIRI ERP API, BYOC deployment to your Cloudflare account, and core accounting modules. Higher tiers add users, App Market apps, API quota, SSO, and support levels.
Is GOKIRI really headless? Can I use only the API?
Yes. The REST/JSON API is the product. The portal at portal.gokiri.com is one client — you can build your own UI, mobile apps, or integrations against the same API.
Where is my data stored?
In your Cloudflare account: D1 for ledger data, R2 for documents. ThinERP Labs orchestrates deployment but never holds your financial records.
What is BYOC and do I need my own Cloudflare account?
BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) means GOKIRI ERP runs on Workers, D1, and R2 in your Cloudflare account. You retain full data sovereignty. A Cloudflare account is required for production deploy.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on Community for free and upgrade to Pro or Business as your team and API usage grow. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Community is free forever for a single user. Pro and Business include a trial period when you sign up with a work email — no credit card required to start.
How does GOKIRI compare to Frappe or Odoo?
Traditional ERP stacks run on VMs with heavy runtimes. GOKIRI is a Go-native headless service on Cloudflare Workers — smaller footprint, global edge latency, and API-first integration.
What payment methods do you accept?
