Overview
ThinERP Labs (“we”) operates GOKIRI ERP at gokiri.com and related services. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our marketing site, account portal, and deployment orchestration.
Your ERP data (BYOC)
Under our BYOC model, financial records, invoices, and documents are stored in your Cloudflare account (D1, R2). We do not access, copy, or store your ledger data on our infrastructure. You retain full data sovereignty.
Account information
We collect account metadata necessary to operate the service: work email, organization name, billing details, and deployment configuration references. We do not store your Cloudflare API tokens after provisioning completes.
